What this website collects

This site uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts and no cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and nothing you do here is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. These typically include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. They are used to keep the site running and secure, and are kept only for a short period by the provider.

When you contact us

If you send a message through the contact form, the details you provide are delivered to us by email through our form provider. We use them to answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Information we hold as part of our work

When we work for a client we often see information about their systems and, in accessibility work, about individual people. We treat that as confidential. It is used only to do the work agreed, it is not used to train any AI system, and it is kept no longer than we need it. Where a client requires specific terms, such as a data processing agreement or a confidentiality agreement, we sign them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@fizatech.com and we will respond. If we cannot delete something, for example because we need it for tax records, we will tell you why.

Changes

If we add analytics, a contact form or any other tool that collects information, we will update this page and change the date below before it goes live.
