Company overview

FizaTech is a minority-owned small business providing technical support, assistive technology deployment and training, IT consulting, automation and applied AI advisory. We deliver remote support and advisory services nationwide, with on-site service across New Jersey and the New York metro area, and travel available for on-site engagements elsewhere.

Our principal brings more than fifteen years of IT experience across technical support, systems analysis and project management, built in highly regulated environments covering NIST controls, identity and access management, and vulnerability management.

Alongside core IT operations, we deploy and configure assistive technology and train the people who use it, a capability many small providers subcontract out.

Core competencies

• End-user technical support. Help desk and on-site support for agency staff: devices, accounts, access, updates and backups. Remote nationwide, on site across New Jersey and the New York metro area.
• Assistive technology deployment. Needs assessments, deployment and configuration of screen readers, magnification, speech input and alternative input devices for employees and public-facing services.
• Accessibility training. Training for the individual using assistive technology, and for the colleagues, managers and IT staff who work alongside them.
• IT consulting and advisory. Reviews of systems, security basics, software selection and technology planning, reported in plain language for decision makers.
• Process automation. Removing repetitive manual steps between existing systems: data transfer, approvals and routing, recurring reports, onboarding and offboarding.
• Applied AI advisory. Assessing where AI tools genuinely help, with written rules covering what data may be used, who reviews output, and where a human decision is required.

Differentiators

• Regulated-environment experience. Fifteen years of IT operations experience, much of it against NIST controls, identity and access management and continuous monitoring, where systems are expected to withstand inspection.
• Assistive technology in house. Deployment, configuration and training for assistive technology is delivered by us, not subcontracted to a third party.
• Small business agility. Short chain of command and no account-management layer. The person scoping the work is the person doing it.
• Plain-language reporting. Deliverables written for the people who make decisions and answer questions about them, with technical detail in an appendix.
• Requirements first. Options are compared against written requirements and whole-life cost, so a recommendation can be explained and defended later.
