What we do, and what we do not
Section 508 and the ADA set the obligation. Meeting it in practice means individual employees with the right technology, configured to work with agency systems, and colleagues who know how it works. That practical side is what we do.
We are not a compliance auditor. We do not perform Section 508 conformance audits, remediate websites or documents, or author VPATs and Accessibility Conformance Reports. If that is what your requirement calls for, we will say so rather than stretch our scope to fit.

An employee has an approved accommodation and needs the technology assessed, procured, configured with agency systems, and actually learned.

Installation and configuration with your actual systems, tested on the tasks that matter.
Train and follow up
Training for the person and their team, then a check-in once it has been used in earnest.
