About FizaTech
A technology company built around a straightforward idea: the systems an organization depends on should be maintained properly, and someone should answer when they are not.
Who we are
FizaTech is a technology company that runs the IT side of organizations which depend on it completely but do not have a department dedicated to it. We work with businesses, nonprofits and public sector teams, on site and remotely.
The work covers practical ground: keeping systems running and secure, giving straight advice about what to buy, removing repetitive manual work, and setting up the tools people need in order to do their jobs, including assistive technology for those who use it.
What ties it together is operational discipline. Systems that are maintained, access that is controlled, processes that are documented, and someone who answers when something breaks.
Who you will be working with
Fifteen years of IT experience, in regulated environments
FizaTech is led by Zach Olushoga, its founder and principal consultant, an IT professional with more than fifteen years of progressive experience across technical support, systems analysis and project management.
That experience was built in highly regulated environments, where systems are expected to be right and someone comes to check. It covers cybersecurity and compliance work against NIST controls, identity and access management, vulnerability management and continuous monitoring.
It also covers the work that makes technology quietly better: automating manual processes, turning messy data into reporting people actually use, and leading cross-functional teams through change. The person who scopes your project is the person who has done this work, at scale, for organizations that could not afford to get it wrong.

How we work
Plain language
Explanations you can act on and repeat to someone else. If a recommendation only makes sense in jargon, it is not finished.
Security-minded by habit
Access, updates and backups get handled as part of the job, not as a separate project you have to commission later.
One accountable person
You deal with the person doing the work. Nothing is relayed through an account manager who has to check and get back to you.
Written before started
Scope, cost and timing in writing before work begins, so there are no invoices nobody expected.
Handover, not dependency
Documentation and training come with the work. You should be able to replace us without losing understanding of your own systems.
Honest about limits
We say when something is outside what we do. A referral costs you less than a bad engagement.
Working with government
We work with public sector teams and with prime contractors who need a specialist partner. Contracting details, including NAICS codes and how to buy from us, are set out on the government page.
Talk to us
A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies the problem, whether or not you end up working with us.
